IBM Thinkpad
IBM Thinkpad is one brand of laptop that was first released in 2005. Designed in black, this laptop looks classical and yet has an innovative working system. There are several series of IBM Thinkpad that are available in the current market which are Thinkpad Z Series, R Series, T Series, X Series, and X Series Tablet.

Thinkpad Z Series
This laptop provides the users with the ability to meet the demanding tasks of both personal and work function. It has 14” or 15.4” wide screen and there are two types of Z Series models offered, which are black and titanium. For suitable performances, this laptop is using Intel Core 2 Duo and the operational system with Windows Vista is available. The hard drive is up to 120GB with memory 4GB maximum. As the security system, this series is using Integrated Fingerprint Reader, using your fingerprint as the password to access the laptop.

Thinkpad R Series
IBM Thinkpad R Series use Intel Core 2 Duo Processor 2GHz and it is available with Genuine Windows XP or Windows Vista. The screen display is 14.1” or 15” with the weight of 5.4 lbs. Wireless connection is available with LAN and Integrated Wireless Wide Area Network. The hard drive has capacity of 120GB with 4GB of memory. Also, the battery life of this laptop is excellent, up to 10 hours. For all-time performances, IBM Thinkpad is complete with a keyboard light located on top of the display to make sure you get enough light even in dark areas.

Thinkpad T Series
Compared to the other IBM Thinkpad series, this one has the most hard drive capacity with 160GB and up to 4GB memory. The processor is Intel Core 2 Duo 2.33 GHz, it weighs 4.5 lbs and the screen sizes are ranges from 14.1”, 15” to 15.4”. Also, this laptop series has the capability of Windows Vista operational system. Wireless system is also available with Integrated Wireless Wide Area Network or LAN. Entertainment features are CD-RW/DVD-ROM Combo or DVD Recordable.

Thinkpad X Series
This X series is the perfect laptop to be brought during travel because it is so small that will fit easily in a bag or case and it is extra light, only 2.7 lbs. The screen size is 12.1” and it is suitable for Genuine Windows XP Professional, Home or Vista Business. The capacity of the hard drive is 120GB. For multimedia and graphics purposes, this laptop is using Intel Extreme Graphics Media Accelerator 950.

Thinkpad X Series Tablet
This laptop has great features for being both a laptop and a tablet. With this laptop, users can easily transfer their handwriting directly to the monitor. The screen is flexible and can be turned around 180 degrees, and by using a Tablet Digitizer Pen, the user is able to write notes on the screen. This laptop series has Intel Core Duo Voltage Processor 1.83GHz and is compatible with Windows Vista. The disk space is 120GB and it has a wireless LAN connection.
